Through our partnership with BTI — Bridgeworks Technical Institute, we're bringing virtual reality trades technology and training directly into the reentry pipeline. VR simulation lets students practice real trade skills — electrical, HVAC, construction, and more — in a safe, repeatable environment before ever stepping onto a job site.
